01What Are Cookies and Pixels?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Pixels, tags, and similar tools are small pieces of code that help a third-party platform know that a page was visited or that an action, such as a completed signup, occurred.
02Categories We Use
| Category | Purpose | Your controls |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary site storage | Support basic site operation, form behavior, security, and reliable navigation. | These tools may be needed for the site to work, so ordinary browser controls may affect functionality. |
| Advertising and measurement | Understand page visits and completed free grocery-guide signups through the Meta Pixel. | Use your browser settings and Meta's platform-level ad controls. |
This site does not currently use a separate cookie-preference tool. We do not state that nonessential tracking is blocked by default.
03Meta Pixel on Steadywell.co
The Meta Pixel is installed on steadywell.co, including the sales page, free grocery-guide signup experience, shortened /grocery path, product finder, and thank-you flow. It helps us measure page views and completed grocery-guide signups so we can understand which content and advertising bring visitors to the site.
The Pixel may receive information such as your browser or device details, page URL, and an event showing that a free grocery-guide signup was completed. We configure the funnel so specific health-condition information is not intentionally sent through page URLs or custom events.
This Notice currently identifies Meta Pixel as the named advertising or measurement tool used on steadywell.co. Other services are not listed here as active tools.
04Why We Use These Tools
- Keep core site and form behavior working.
- Measure which pages and campaigns bring visitors to steadywell.co.
- Record completed free grocery-guide signup events for campaign measurement.
- Understand overall site engagement and improve content and user experience.
05Your Choices
You can control cookies and similar tracking in several general ways:
- Use your browser settings to block, limit, or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking necessary storage may affect site or form functionality.
- Use Meta's ad preferences to manage some activity-based advertising choices at facebook.com/adpreferences .
- Use device or platform privacy settings that limit advertising measurement where those settings are available.
- Use industry opt-out tools or other controls offered by your browser and the platforms you use.
Opting out of advertising measurement does not stop advertising altogether. It may change how activity is measured or how relevant an ad appears. Browser and platform controls cannot guarantee that every tracking technology will stop.
06Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice when site functionality or tracking practices change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version.
